Here's a real hole in the wall restaurant amazing Persian food, served with kindness! The grills were fresh, succulent and cooked perfectly. The rice was buttery and flavorful and their hummus (could be better) and pita bread was just fabulous. They have an interesting grocery shelf lined up with unique products as well. I will come again

Nice food. You must try these delicious foods. If you like try Dough is a kind of drink which is sour and salty.

The food is the best in town and service is A plus. Kavoss is the owner and best chef in town. Great atmosphere to sit and eat beautiful food with great people around.

I love the food. Always plenty of rice with my chicken kabobs. The roasted tomatoes are really good, just like the ones I had growing up. The man always recognizes my daughter and I when we go in

It's been a while since I have been in, but this restaurant has the most authentic Persian cuisine in West Central Florida (also the only Persian restaurant in Tampa Bay). The food wasn't quite ready when I went to pick it up, so the owner offered me some Chai, and we chatted for a little while. It was hard to leave when my food was ready because of the owner's generous hospitality! Additionally, the Kubbideh Kabob was delicious.

Best hot tea in the area. Really good kebabs, sandwiches, and pita at a great price. The waitress there was extremely friendly and gave great service. They've also got a nice little Arabic shop right next to the cafe. I found some spices, oils, and canned vegetables I've never seen in any international market before. Really good study spot. If I was a local college student, I'd order the big pot of tea, get the combo appetizer plate, and just study in one of the booths.

Many thanks for a wonderful meal this evening!!! Can’t say enough good things about this place! The food is absolutely wonderful as is the owner. I’ve been dying for good Persian food since moving here and this nailed it. Very comfortable, relaxed setting I could easily sit and enjoy coffee and good conversation for quite a while there.
